Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Its disappointing to snag that one special piece you've been wanting, only to be unpleasantly surprised by the shipping charge at checkout. I try to keep shipping costs down as much as I possibly can and notify customers directly on the front page of this site, what the shipping costs will be so there are no unfortunate "check-out-surprises."
Pricing and Delivery Time
The cost of shipping is $8 flat rate for domestic for most pieces. Jewelry, stickers, magnets and other goodies are no cost. We will ship internationally. Please contact us for rates. Combined shipping should take effect as well. If there is any reason why your shipping price is greater than $8, please contact us before purchasing.
Pieces are shipped with USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days for domestic and 6-10 days for international shipping). Custom orders will be arranged prior to payment, as the size and weight greatly varies.
Fulcrum Stained Glass is not responsible for lost or stolen items during transit.
Handling and Processing
Items that are already competed are usually processed in 1-3 business days. Custom orders will be arranged beforehand.
Items are wrapped and packaged with great attention to detail to ensure your item does not arrive broken. Sadly, no matter what precautions are taken, there is a possibility for this to happen. If you receive a piece that is broken, please contact us within 3 days of item arrival. Insurance is purchased on your package and we will gladly make you another piece. Note that some of the same color glass may not be available but we will do our best to match it to the original design if this happens.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Fulcrum Stained Glass is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Buyers must place return request within 3 calendar days of delivery. Return requests should be emailed to email@example.com along with the reason for return. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Returns are not accepted for commissions, as we wouldn't be able to resell the piece.
Exchanges & Cancellation
Fulcrum Stained Glass does not accept exchanges. You are allowed to cancel your order within 24 hours if the item is a ready-to-ship piece. Please send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel. For commissions, you are allowed to cancel up until the first payment is made, even if the design deposit has already been paid. Please see the Commissions page for more info on the ordering process of custom pieces.
