Lead Foundations Weekend Intensive Workshop
Total cost of this 2 day workshop is $495.00 plus the cost of glass or use your own.
- Dates: May 31 (Saturday, 10 AM - 6 PM) & June 1 (Sunday, 11 AM - 2 PM)
- Location: Fulcrum Stained Glass Studio 500 Main Street East Greenwich, RI
- Deposit: $125 non-refundable deposit required to secure your spot
- Balance: The remainder of the fee is due upon first day of the class.
- Availability: Limited to 6 participants
**Requirements:** Must be very comfortable cutting glass, grinding glass and fitting it into designated spaces within patterns. Also basic experience, having worked with solder and flux as well. You will need to select your glass and have it fit to the pattern of your choosing, before the lead class takes place.
Workshop Overview: Join us for a comprehensive lead glass crafting workshop over two sessions. Upon registration, Renee will contact you to see which pattern you'd like to build. You will then receive copies of the physical pattern in the mail, along with a welcome packet telling you all about the class and how to prepare for it.
Preparation for Day One: Please cut and grind your glass according to the provided pattern and welcome packet that will be mailed to you before the workshop. This preparation ensures that we can dive straight into the intricacies of lead crafting from the start.
Meal Arrangements: Participants are advised to bring a packed lunch. There will be the opportunity to get a group order from a local pizza place that has a lot of offerings, or you can order from any other restaurant here on the strip.
Payment Options: The $125 deposit is non-refundable and secures your place in the workshop. The remaining balance of the $495.00 is due on the first day of the workshop, May 31st.
